There are not many sports like ours that need all these attributes, Every year players are getting fitter and stronger, every grade you go up the physical attributes of players will go up.
We can not be left behind, if the opposition is bigger, faster and fitter then us we will struggle.
Its imperative, to reach your fully potential and reduce injuries to have a solid strength and conditioning program.
