You can sign up for our online programs and get access to some of the best workout routines and strategies of a Pro athlete.

Our remote programs are designed to suit your playing position, goal, age, and gender. This Strength and Conditioning program will take your game to the next level.

Rugby Pro Academy 10-Week Program

This is our premium program covering our four pillars Mindset, Rugby, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. You will work closely with a coach who will help you every step of the way to consistent high performance in your game and training.

This 10-week program will cover and include the following;

  • 2 zoom group sessions a week10-WEEK
  • Rugby skills program
  • Strength and conditioning program
  • Nutrition program
  • Mindset drills and tools
  • Recovery program
  • Access to a message and talk to a coach for 10 weeks

Rugby Clubs & Schools

We provide Rugby union and Rugby League teams & schools with rugby coaching. We also have weekly age and gender-specific strength and conditioning programs. Our coaches oversee the program and adjust it to fit the club/school’s needs. Available in-person and online.

Coaching Mentorship

We provide mentoring for coaches in both Rugby and Rugby League. We cover everything from understanding the game, Technique, delivery of your training, and creating buy-in.
